Along with the wonderful art in the festival, a children’s art area, artist & culinary demonstration stage, and a performing arts stage featuring local cultural and diverse entertainment ample free parking and the natural setting of this venue makes it easy for artists to show and sell. Food offerings from select area restaurants celebrate the art of cuisine. The entry fee for the festival is $5.00 for adults / Children 12 and under are free. The site offers three entry gates for patron flow. There is no “dead-zone” in the show.
Artists set up along a compact constructed walking path or under the huge live oaks in San Gabriel Park. The surface is natural grass and ground. The festival offers a flooring option which is “low staging” of wood and steel for an additional fee. Artist will be able to drive up to their booth location to load in and out of the festival. Artist parking is close for relative ease on re-stocking.
The festival Saturday, May 31 is open from 9am to 9pm. Artist’s may choose to shut down at 7pm if they do not want to stay open for the concert and fireworks. The site will be secured, with artists making their decision to be open 9a-7p or 9a-9p during the accept and purchase portion in Zapp after they are invited.
